All prices listed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Refund Policy
There are two refund policies. The general policy covers technical luncheon meetings only. The special events policy covers all other events including, but not limited to, sundowners, the annual SPE golf day, and the annual SPE ball.
General policy
- Cancellation up to three business days prior to the event: 100% refund
- Cancellation less than three business days prior to the event: No refund (full payment required)
Special event policy
The refund policy for special events will be given in the booking and payment information for the event.
Security
When purchasing from SPE WA Section your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break and is the industry standard. For your privacy, we do not store your credit card details at all.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. Whilst we strive to protect such information, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you transmit to us. Accordingly, any information which you transmit to us is transmitted at your own risk. Nevertheless, once we receive your transmission, we will take reasonable steps to preserve the security of such information.
