SPE WA Young Professionals Tech 101: Condition monitoring & its role in maximizing uptime & reducing total cost of ownership

Come along to this year’s first Tech101 and learn about Condition monitoring and its role in maximizing up time and reducing total cost of ownership. The presentation will introduce the concepts of condition monitoring, up time and total cost of ownership, and how condition monitoring and the wider digitization of subsea developments can positively impact field economics.

About the Speaker

Barry Headridge is the Field Performance Manager for TechnipFMC Australia and has worked in the oil and gas industry for 14 years. He started his career as a flow assurance engineer with Subsea7 in Aberdeen, UK, before joining FMC Technologies in Singapore as a Lead Flow Assurance Engineer, leading the flow assurance design of subsea production systems for major gas projects in Australia including Wheatstone, Greater Western Flank and Prelude.  In his current role, he provides asset integrity and production management services to support his clients operations in Australia and New Zealand. Barry holds a Masters of Research degree in Responsive Processing from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and an Honours Degree in Chemical Engineering from Heriot Watt University.
