Three student chapters operate under the SPE WA Section, which is the largest SPE section in the Australasian region. The WA Section in turn is recognised under the SPE International organisation. There are more than 200 SPE sections around the world and more than 400 SPE student chapters, which highlights the global significance of the oil and gas industry.
The efforts of the various SPE Sections and Student Chapters, such as ours, enable students and professionals alike to stay active and up-to-date with the amazing progress of this industry of ours.
