Digital Advanced Work Packaging – A case study in construction lead delivery
June 21 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
$10.00 – $15.00
Organised by Facilities Group
Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) is a project management methodology applied to the Viva Energy Gas Terminal Project in Geelong, Victoria. AWP is focused on driving efficiency by promoting alignment between Engineering, Procurement and Construction.
Path of Construction (PoC) arranges the CWAs and CWPs into a sequence that drives project execution and high-level deliverable planning. The PoC is the basis for the Level III schedule.
Similar to the CWAs, the PoC is established early in the Project, typically in the FEED phase. The PoC is modified to align with the design development
