Your up for a special treat this month – the next workshop coming up is only for you, the mentees oft the program!
It is time to reflect on the past few month and take a deeper look at understanding the dynamics of a mentoring relationship – in particular the position of being a mentee. The workshop is about reflecting on the mentoring relationship from the perspective oft the mentee (and is for mentees only or those who are both).
It is very important to have a clear understanding of the qualities you are looking for in your mentor. Getting into a mentoring contract with clear expectations will ensure a good smooth relationship. In this workshop we will be doing a group activity to build an ideal mentor as being a good mentee is an invaluable start to any leadership development.

Time: Doors open 5pm, presentation kicks off at 5:30pm
