Petroleum reserves and resources evaluation is becoming more important and increasingly scrutinised by financiers, investors, stock exchanges and the market. Reserve owners, authorities and investment communities require improved understanding to ensure that their estimates meet disclosure requirements and provide reliable input for investment decisions.
