We’re bringing all mentors something special this time around… a purpose built workshop just for you (mentors)!
It is time to reflect on the past few month of mentoring and take a deeper look at understanding the how and why we mentor as we do.
Karate Kid, Luke Skywalker and Harry Potter all benefited from exceptional mentors. And if you look closely all their mentors benefited hugely from their proteges too. Mentoring is an invaluable addition to any leadership development. Approach Services are facilitating and leading some learning activities and discussions about what a mentor is.
