We are now getting close to our next workshop “Value driven Leadership” to which we very much look forward to, as it is arguably the one workshop which brings together all that we have learned through the course of this program so far. This is not to be missed!
The workshop presenter is Liz Handley from Approach Services who lives and breathes coaching for leadership and as such we am sure this will be an exciting event! We also hope you all had the chance to get one or two meetings in as pairs since the last event to discuss what you have learned so far and what your expectations are for this next workshop.

VALUE-DRIVEN LEADERSHIP – MAKE SURE TO CAST YOUR POSITIVE SHADOW WIDE
Value-Driven Leadership is all about aligning values and behaviour. Different situations require different leadership styles. Knowing your natural leadership behaviours and core values are essential to practice situational leadership. Don’t shy away from taking a closer look.

• Understand value-driven organisations and decision making
• Leverage your natural leadership style
